研究领域
研究领域:面向海量显微影像数据的三维重建和智能分析,探索深度学习、机器学习、模式识别等前沿理论,解决海量显微图像分类、检测、识别等挑战性问题。高通量显微成像技术产生海量影像数据,如何重构数据、分析数据、可视数据等已成为脑科学与类脑研究领域的重大挑战。课题组致力于将人工智能最新进展和生命科学前沿问题紧密结合,建立以机器学习为驱动内核的显微大数据智能分析技术体系(AI for Science),为构建类脑计算仿真提供生物真实网络和仿生建模依据(BI from Connectome)。已在SCIENCE、NAT.COMM.、CELL RES、CELL REP、NSR、JMCB、CMPB、IJCAI、CVPR、EMBC、ISBI等高水平杂志和会议上发表学术论文50余篇,授权发明专利20余项。
